First of all, to all my readers I am sorry that I have not posted an entry in so long.

On August 16, Molly, Susanna and I bought hermit crabs. It’s a big shopping expedition when you get those pets. You have to buy sand, food, dishes, the crabs, the water conditioners, the aquarium, and stuff like that.

After a couple of days though, my hermit crab died. I was very sad. We buried her. But then I got a new hermit crab. Her name is Mary Beth the 2nd. She likes to dig. (Below is a video of her changing shells).

    That was a great video. We had 7 hermit crabs at one point, now we’re down to two. We’ve seen them change shells a few times and it’s always interesting to watch.

    Wow Maggie that was great! We have never seen a crab change shells before because ours always die too soon. MB2 is so big we were surprised she fit into her first shell. Give her kisses for us!-Love KPPB
